RESEARCH INTEREST

The Bellis lab focuses on the regulation of integrin dependent cell behaviour by N-glycosylation. Currently we are investigating the mechanisms by which N-linked glycosylation and terminal sialylation of the Beta1 integrin influences the tumorogenic and metastatic potential of colon adenocarcinoma cells.
